We are all part of the same circle

Living with MS can sometimes feel like an individual journey. But it never truly is.

Across the world, millions of people wake up every morning facing many of the same questions, challenges, hopes, and dreams. Different languages, different healthcare systems, and different cultures — but the same diagnosis. That is why we chose the name MS Circles.

What a circle means to us

A circle has no beginning and no end. It represents equality, connection, support — a movement. It reminds us that every person has something valuable to contribute: researchers, neurologists and doctors, nurses, patient organizations, families, volunteers. But most importantly — us, people living with MS. Each person becomes part of something bigger. Because when knowledge, experience and compassion begin to move between people, communities and countries, everyone benefits. That is what a circle means to us.

Every story matters

No two people experience MS in exactly the same way. Every diagnosis is different and every journey is unique. But every story has the potential to help someone else. Sometimes one conversation, one sentence, or one shared experience can change the way another person sees their future. That is why storytelling is one of the foundations of MS Circles. We don’t only want to talk about MS. We want people living with MS to be heard.

A community without borders

MS does not stop at national borders — neither should understanding. One country may develop an excellent rehabilitation programme. Another may create a successful patient initiative. Someone on the other side of the world may discover a simple everyday strategy that helps them manage fatigue. If these ideas remain isolated, everyone loses. MS Circles exists to help these experiences travel — to connect communities, to share knowledge, to inspire one another.

Two ways into the circle

Hear from communities across the world, and add your own experience to the story.

This community is built by people. Our backbone is people living with MS. Whether you want to tell your story, share an idea, volunteer, or simply become part of the community — there is a place for you here.

Because together we become stronger.
